To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must have been defective and/or deficient when it was received. This does not include breakage due to shipping. The owners of Forget Me Knot Bakery will assess, approve, or decline all requests for refunds. You will be notified of your refund decision via email within 3 business days of request.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
For purchases made with a credit card, you will receive the credit for your approved refund within 3 – 5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
